What I liked best about this book is that – it is very easy to understand, making it possible for anyone and everyone to explore EFT. Frankly, I don’t care why it works, I’m just telling you- it works. There is mention of case studies, self-assessment techniques, a map sopnie meridians, and glossary of EFT-related institutions and practitioners, but it’s loosely held together by little else.
